| Polk County Tennessee Land Sales Report – February 2009 |
| There was one sale this month for $75,000 and there are 278 active properties for sale. Needless to say there are really no statistics to report as averages etc mean nothing on one property. This was another very bad month for land sales in Polk County. This is less that 1/4 of what was sold last year as far as total properties sold.
