| Summary: Home sales continue to demonstrate weakness even in comparison with 2008 numbers which where already hard hit by the downturn. If you are a seller be sure to think long and hard before you counter or reject an offer as it is very important to not be sorry later and not be able to get the buyer back. Buyers have a good chance for lots of selection and good negotiating margin on home over 200k especially.
